Asta Von Apfel is an artist, activist, and writer based in Copenhagen. Von Apfel´s practice unfolds in the intersection of visual art, gastronomy, and activism, with elements of musical theory, and performativity. They consider their practice a collective gestural bend, and with that in mind, they have created a new piece made for Alter. Von Apfel’s work is known for having humoristic yet clear messages and much curiosity towards the audience experiencing it.
